Round Robin #1 Part Two

I got my first page back from the round robin I'm doing with my friend, Vanessa, quite awhile ago.  I somehow forgot to post her response to my challenge.  My challenge to her was to create a layered background and to draw the focal element out of the background like I did with my painting, Be You Owl.  She gave me permission to share a photo of her painting, so here it is:

She surprised me with this one.  Every time I look at it, I find something else I like about it.

We're in the process of working on our next round robin paintings, so keep an eye out for them in July or August.  We're both quite busy with other projects as well.
